Section 102
Withholding Of Gratuity Or Pension In The Event Of Failure To Hand Over Charge
If a retired civil employee fails to hand over such governmental cash, goods in kind and documents as required to be handed over by him or her, gratuity or pension receivable by him or her may be withheld until the same is so handed over. The civil employee required to take over such governmental cash, goods in kind and documents shall also take them over within the specified time.
